Dispatch & Delivery
On receipt of payment, orders are dispatched within 2 working days if the goods are in stock. If the item requested is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
Shipping on orders is via An Post and calculates automatically via the shipping address and also the values of your total order value as follows:
Standard Shipping costs
- €5 to Ireland
- €12 to Europe
- €20 to Rest of world
Returns Policy:
At Meáin of Aran we operate a Return of Goods Policy to provide you with greater comfort and security whilst shopping with us. If merchandise is returned, as sold, unworn, unused and in its original packaging, together with the original receipt, via your local post office, we are happy to apply a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
As some items may be of a unique, hand-crafted nature, sometimes there can be slight variations between the goods depicted on site and those that may be in stock at any given time. If in doubt, we ask that you to contact us by phone or email before ordering certain items so we can send you images of our current stock items. However, if you are still not satisfied with the item(s) the normal return of goods policy will be applied to your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@meainofaran.ie.
Where goods are being returned due to defect or damage, Meáin of Aran will include the price of return postage in your refund. Please contact us before returning damaged or defective items to inform us of the postage cost.
